The present invention relates to a kit for detecting a drug-resistant HBV variant and a detection method using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and quickly detect a mutation of drug-resistant HBV and has a high sensitivity. Even very low concentrations of HBV variants can be detected accurately. Therefore, it is expected that the development of the kit for detecting drug-resistant HBV variants of the present invention will greatly contribute to confirming drug resistance and treatment effect of HBV through monitoring of drug treatment.
