The present invention relates to an electronic labor contract method using an unmanned information terminal. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the electronic labor contract method comprises: a contract draft generating step of generating an electronic labor contract draft for each worker using a labor contract format pre-stored in a database interworking with an unmanned information terminal and contract condition information on at least one worker; a contract storage step of requesting issuance of a certified electronic signature of a business operator by transmitting the generated electronic labor contract draft to a business operator terminal, and storing the electronic labor contract issued with the certified electronic signature of the business operator in the database; a contract display step of extracting identification information on the worker from a scanned identification of the worker when the identification of the worker is scanned through an input means of an unmanned information terminal, and displaying the electronic labor contract corresponding to the extracted identification information of the worker among the electronic labor contracts pre-stored in the database to an output means of the unmanned information terminal; and a contract conclusion step of concluding the electronic labor contract between the business operator and the worker by requesting electronic signature input of the worker for the electronic labor contract to the input means of the unmanned information terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
