Next, when a fixed information acquiring request is outputted from the information terminal equipment 3 while designating the name 'url1', the 'T1' and 'T2' related to the 'url1' are returned. Then, a history information acquiring request containing the 'url1', 'T1' and 'T2' is outputted from the information terminal equipment 3 to the data repeater 2.
