The present invention relates to an automatic grommet insertion apparatus, which has a plurality of grommets seated thereon, and expands the grommets to insert a wire. The automatic grommet insertion apparatus of the present invention comprises: a manipulation unit for receiving an operation of an automatic grommet insertion apparatus; a first stage unit for inserting a wire into the seated grommets; a second stage unit for adjusting intervals between the grommets into which the wire is inserted by the first stage unit; and a display unit for posting an operation status of the automatic grommet insertion apparatus operated by an operation command input to the manipulation unit. The first stage unit includes: a first grommet seating unit on which the grommets are seated; and a wire supply unit for supplying the wire to the grommets seated on the first grommet seating unit.
