The present invention relates to an automatic seedling transplanter. More specifically, the present invention relates to an automatic seedling transplanter which operates a button part of a handle part to automatically rotate a pair of shovel parts by a motor part to dig a pit in the land for transplanting seedlings, and then transplants seedlings, so that it is possible to easily operate the pair of shovel parts to dig a large amount of pits in a short time while transplanting seedlings quickly whereas the work efficiency is reduced when a worker manually operates the pair of shovels conventionally, thereby being able to improve work efficiency. As a result, labor cost is reduced and productivity is increased, and since a display part is formed on one side of a barrier layer, it is possible to uniformly display the position of next seedlings to be transplanted at regular intervals, while transplanting seedlings, thereby being able to transplant and cultivate seedlings at uniform intervals by one operator, so that productivity compared to area is excellent.
