The present invention relates to a labyrinth seal assembly, which comprises a body unit and a seal unit. More specifically, in the body unit, a pressure adjusting groove and a communication hole are additionally formed, and the pressure adjusting groove is formed only to an extent not to be exposed to the outer surface of the body unit.
