The invention relates to a labyrinth sealing bushing (5) for a turbo machine (1) having a labyrinth sealing carrier ring (6) that has a circumferential flange (7) on the inner side thereof, extending radially inward, and a labyrinth sealing ring (11) comprising at least one segment (12) over the circumference, wherein the segment (12) of the labyrinth sealing ring (11) contacts the flange (7) laterally in a radially movable manner, wherein the segment (12) can be moved to an operating position (19) and to an assembly position (20) wherein the segment (12) is offset radially outward in relation to the operating position (19) and is supported on the labyrinth sealing carrier ring (6), pretensioned radially inward, by a pretensioning means (15), wherein the flange (7) has a through-hole (16) extending in the axial direction and the labyrinth sealing ring (11) has a socket hole (17) that is arranged offset radially inward in the operating position (19) and flush to the through-hole (16) in the assembly position (20) relative to the through-hole (16) so that the segment (12) is held in the assembly position (20) by means of a bolt (18) that is inserted into the through-hole (16) and the socket hole (17) and the segment (12) is pressed by the pretensioning means into the operating position (19) when the bolt (18) is removed from the socket hole (17).
