The present invention relates to an eco-friendly marine transport device using a duck and drake effect, which includes: a boarding container in which a space is formed so that people board thereon and which has buoyancy so as to float on the water; and a launcher mounted on the sea or the ground by a support frame and launching the boarding container on which people board by a direct-firing gun so that the duck and drake effect is applied onto the water, thereby controlling a launching speed and a launching angle through the launcher to launch the boarding container on which people board toward the water.
