The present invention provides a method for making wild ginseng sauce, wild ginseng sauce thereof, and short rib soup, chicken soup with ginseng, and chicken soup with rice using the same. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: making wild ginseng broth and wild ginseng extract; and blending the wild ginseng broth and the wild ginseng extract to make the wild ginseng sauce, wherein the wild ginseng broth and the wild ginseng extract can be blended by a predetermined ratio. Accordingly, the wild ginseng sauce includes a large quantity of active ingredients of wild ginseng to be helpful for prevention and mitigation of various diseases and enhancement of health, such that the wild ginseng sauce can be simply added to various food, thereby using the food as health food. Moreover, the wild ginseng sauce is added at a predetermined ratio depending on food, thereby increasing availability and enabling a user to more easily and deliciously eat wild ginseng than raw wild ginseng.
