Disclosed are a disaster damage prediction and analysis system, a method thereof, and a recording medium recording a computer-readable program for executing the method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the disaster damage prediction and analysis system comprises: a response database construction unit for constructing a response database of a building by applying a plurality of disaster scenarios to a behavior model of the building; a risk information calculation unit for selecting a disaster scenario which best matches actual measured disaster data, and calculating disaster risk analysis information preset by the selected disaster scenario; a measurement value analysis unit which analyzes the actual measured disaster data to calculate disaster risk analysis information; and a disaster damage providing unit for visualizing first disaster risk analysis information calculated by the measurement value analysis unit and second disaster risk analysis information calculated by the risk information calculation unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
