The present invention relates to a standing takeoff and landing support device for a powered paraglider. The standing takeoff and landing support device for a powered paraglider induces takeoff and landing of a powered paraglider provided with a power device having a propeller. The standing takeoff and landing support device for a powered paraglider includes: a base frame including a plurality of horizontal frames and a plurality of vertical frames connected to each other, wherein a space in which a passenger of the powered paraglider can stand is provided; a mounting plate movably porivded in the base frame and having the power device of the powered paraglider; and a caster rotatably installed in the base frame and rolling on the ground while being supported at four points on the ground.
