The present invention relates to a steel pipe for propulsion which forms a plurality of spray holes on the outer circumference of a steel pipe propelled in the ground and has a plurality of spray nozzles for spraying a mixed solution to the outside through the spray holes in the steel pipe to remove air gaps created during propulsion and prevent damage by friction with a ground wall. According to the present invention, the steel pipe for propulsion used in a steel pipe-pressing propulsion method and a long-distance micro-tunneling method comprises: a leading pipe having a circular reinforcing casing welded on the outer circumference of a front end thereof, a plurality of cut units formed at regular intervals along the outer circumference thereof at positions separated from the reinforcing casing by a prescribed distance, a circular protective casing being welded on the outer circumference thereof and protecting the plurality of cut units, and a plurality of spray holes formed on an upper portion of a rear side thereof adjacent to the protective casing at regular intervals; an arc-shaped bending pipe having an inlet being formed on one side thereof and allowing a mixed solution to flow thereinto, and a plurality of spray nozzles corresponding to the plurality of spray holes to stick to an upper portion of the inside of the leading pipe; and a grouting device to mix and supply a mixed solution to the bending pipe to spray a propellant through the plurality of spray nozzles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
