The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a callus extract of Codonopsis lanceolata having an increased yield of extracting active ingredients using hydrolase and an ultra-high pressure emulsifier. After using a bioreactor to mass-produce Codonopsis lanceolata callus with increased crude saponin and total polyphenol content, the callus extract of Codonopsis lanceolata with increased crude saponin and total polyphenol content is manufactured by using the hydrolase and the ultra-high pressure emulsifier.
