The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting progerin-lamin A binding including WRN recombinant protein as an active ingredient. The WRN recombinant protein is shown to have an excellent effect of inhibiting progerin expression and progerin-lamin A binding in the cells derived from patients suffering from Hutchinson Gilford progeria syndrome (HGPS) or Werner syndrome. Thus, the composition can be used effectively for treating aging diseases caused by progerin-lamin A binding. In addition, the WRN recombinant protein is shown to enhance production of collagen of skin cells.
