The present invention relates to a smart study management system using a wearable device to monitor physical information, learning state, learning time, concentration, and the like of a learner. According to the present invention, the smart study management system comprises: a smart band worn on the wrist of the learner and having a heart rate detection module, a motion detection module, and a time measurement module installed therein; a mobile device having an exclusive application installed therein, transmitting heart rate, motion, and time measurement information of the learner received from the smart band to a main server and transmitting notification information suitable for the measurement information to the smart band to provide feedback to the learner; the main server storing and transmitting the measurement information received from the mobile device to a manager PC; and the manager PC managing the learner and transmitting/receiving a text to/from the mobile device to communicate with the learner.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
