The present invention relates to a bifunctional composition exhibiting glucose oxidase and peroxidase activity, a method for manufacturing the same, a microfluidic device comprising the bifunctional composition, and a method for detecting glucose. Specifically, the bifunctional composition may be in the form of nanozyme.
