When a replacement is made between two successive operation-seam sections b1, c1; e1, f1; h1, i1, the sewing parameter-value is switched automatically. As long as such replacement is made in one parameter-seam section 19, 20, 23, 21, 22 assigned one sewing parameter-value different from the sewing parameter-value set at the time, automatic switching is made. As a result, an operation method in which the sewing of the sewing product section is simplified is obtained.
