The present invention includes: a tubular inner cylinder having a protruding screw on the inner wall surface; a plurality of generators installed on the outer wall surface of the tubular inner cylinder to generate electricity; a battery for storing electricity generated by the plurality of generators; and an external structure installed outside the plurality of generators and the battery to fix and support the generators and the battery.
