A bonding yarn manufacturing device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of first supply rollers for supplying a first yarn; a second supply roller for supplying a second yarn; a driving member having, in the center, a center hole through which the second yarn passes, having, in a separated position from the center hole, a plurality of auxiliary holes through which the plurality of first yarns pass, and pivotally driven to twist the first yarn around the second yarn to make a twisted yarn; a heating part for performing heat treatment for fusion of the twisted yarn around the twisted yarn; and a rotating roller around which the twisted yarn passed through the heating portion may be wound.
