The present invention relates to a dual toroidal high frequency current transformer (HFCT) sensor device for measuring the partial discharge of a high power cable, which uses and connects two toroids with a combiner to uniformly maintain a detection signal output for each frequency band to increase the quality of a detection signal and increase a signal output in a high frequency band. According to the present invention, the dual toroidal HFCT sensor device comprises: a front left case; a front right case installed on the right side of the front left case in parallel; a rear left case installed on the rear side of the front left case; a front right case installed on the right side of the rear left case in parallel; a semicircular front left toroid installed in the front left case; a semicircular front right toroid installed in the front right case and coming in contact with the front left toroid to form a front circular core; a rear left toroid installed in the rear left case; a semicircular rear right toroid installed in the rear right case and coming in contact with the rear left toroid to form a rear circular core; upper and lower clamps coupling or decoupling the front left and right cases or the rear left and right cases; the combiner combining signals outputted from the front and rear circular cores; an external connection jack connected to the combiner; and an insulation material installed be the rear left and right cases and the rear circuit core.
