Appropriate compensation for job seekers, job agencies (head hunters), and reputation writers not only enables effective expansion of recruitment system users, but also rewards job seekers and job agencies (head hunters) with significantly improved user convenience and information accuracy. Disclosed is a method for employing a job offer. To this end, a job seeker database creation step of creating a job seeker database including a job candidate's resume and key career keywords; And a compensation step in which a compensation process for a job search activity or a job search activity is performed in the recruitment process using the job search database, provides a job search method for providing job seekers and job seekers (headhunters). According to the present invention, it is possible to rapidly increase the number of recruitment system members using this method in a short period of time by rewarding job seekers, job agencies (head hunters), and reputation evaluators, and as a result, expandability and growth potential over other recruitment portals. This superiority can contribute to the development of the recruitment market and the improvement of youth unemployment, a national task.
