Provided are a preparation method for a hydrogel for 3D printing and a hydrogel for 3D printing with improved dimensional stability. In particular, the preparation method comprises: a step of synthesizing carboxymethylcellulose-hydrazide (CMC-CDH) from carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and carbohydrazide (CHD); a step of synthesizing monoaldehyde hyaluronic acid (HA-mCHO) from hyaluronic acid and a diol-based compound; and a step of forming an imine bond via Schiffs base reaction between the CMC-CDH and the HA-mCHO.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
