Si: 1.0 to 5.0 mass%, Fe: 0.01 to 2.0 mass%, consisting of an aluminum alloy composed of residual Al and inevitable impurities, and an Al-based intermetallic compound having a circle equivalent diameter of 0.01 to 0.5 µm. Aluminum alloy material having a heat-bonding function in a single layer, characterized in that ~1×10 4 particles/µm 3 are present, and that there are 200 or less Si-based intermetallic compounds having a circle equivalent diameter of 5.0 to 10µm. And it provides a manufacturing method and an aluminum joint using the same.
