The present invention presents a method for producing and controlling a video file for an OST concert. The method comprises: an original file preparation step of preparing an original file of a video including a plurality of scenes wherein each of the scenes is formed by a plurality of cuts; a video file producing step of dividing one of the plurality of scenes of the original file into the plurality of cuts and storing the same, wherein the one scene is divided into a first video file for storing the plurality of cuts related to a first scene (10) of the scenes and a second video file for storing the plurality of cuts related to a second scene (20) of the scenes and the same is stored; and a video file player control step of performing control so that the first video file is played on a first monitor (100) of a concert hall and the second video file is played on a second monitor (200) of the concert hall when the background music of the scene is performed in the concert hall, wherein the control is performed so that the second scene (20) corresponding to the first scene (10) is played at the time when the first scene (10) is played.
