According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for operating an art cafe for providing drawing experience and emotion analysis services comprises: an electronic tag issuing unit which issues an electronic tag to a customer terminal of a customer using the art cafe for providing drawing experience and picture counseling services; a drawing tool supply terminal which identifies the electronic tag issued to the customer terminal to check use approval information for the drawing experience and emotion analysis services, and then provides drawing tools according to a type of picture which the customer desires to draw; a picture scan terminal which scans a picture drawn through the drawing tools provided by the drawing tool supply terminal and transmits the same; a display terminal which displays scan image information scanned by the picture scan terminal; an emotion analysis server which analyzes an emotional state of the customer based on the scan image information and provides an analyzed emotion result table; and an operating server which operates the electronic tag issuing unit, the drawing tool supply terminal, the picture scan terminal, the display terminal, and the emotion analysis server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
