Burkholderia pseudomallei diagnostic detection kit using rapid immunochromatography its specific antibody and antibody-producing cell lines

The present invention relates to a ubiquitous specific monoclonal antibody, a novel cell line (2o 16-12, 2o 21-1) producing the antibody, and an immunochromatography kit for detecting ubiquitous bacteria using the same. The kit exhibits good sensitivity to Ubibacteria and does not show cross-reactivity to other pathogens and interfering substances.
