The present invention relates to pepper flavor oil. More specifically, the present invention relates to pepper flavor oil which contains 80 to 85 wt% of soybean oil or corn oil and 15 to 20 wt% of flavor oil. The flavor oil contains, based on 100 parts by weight of flavor oil, 90 to 95 parts by weight of soybean oil or corn oil, 5 to 10 parts by weight of Oleoresin paprika, and 1 to 3 parts by weight of Oleoresin capsicum.
