Developed a flexible conductor that can be 3D printed by combining suitable surfactant with a flake-based hydrophobic synthetic paste. The addition of surfactants with suitable HLB values allows for the reduction of the modulus of elasticity of the elastomer matrix, as well as the migration of conductive fillers to maintain the permeable conductive network under cracking. The laminated printed stretched conductor exhibited a sufficiently suppressed resistance change even in deformation. The effectiveness of the surfactant-added composite conductor was clearly demonstrated through the LED basic circuit and heat generation characteristics.
