The present invention relates to a metal nanotrough-metal nanotube complex conductive colorless transparent polyimide film. A metal nanotrough-metal nanotube is a fiber-based network having high conductivity and thermal and mechanical stability close to the same of a metal thin film while having a high major and minor axis ratio, and thus, the metal nanotrough-metal nanotube maintains high transparency, thereby functioning as an excellent transparent electrode material. Since a colorless transparent polyimide has high permeability, high thermal resistance, and high chemical resistance, polyimide is a very suitable material for a transparent flexible substrate. According to the present invention, a conductive colorless transparent polyimide film, including a contact-connected integrated metal nanotrough-metal nanotube complex network in a surface and having high conductive, high flexibility, high permeability, and high thermal resistance at the same time, is manufactured and the polyimide film confirmedly has excellent sheet resistance, permeability, and flexibility.
