Ang2 Composition for Preventing or Treating of Ocular Diseases Comprising Anti-Ang2 Antibody

The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention and treatment of ocular diseases comprising an anti-Angiopoietin-2 (Ang2) antibody, and more particularly, specifically binds to Ang2, and binds to the Tie2 receptor together with Ang2. It binds and has improved affinity, and relates to a novel use of an anti-Ang2 antibody as an ocular disease prevention or therapeutic agent. The composition according to the present invention can be usefully used in the development of treatments for macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma.
