The phantom for evaluating a surgical navigation device includes a base and a plurality of pillars. The pillars have different heights or form different angles with respect to the base and protrude from the base. Each of the pillars is formed with a hole having a concave shape so as to correspond to the protruding shape of the tip of the probe. Regardless of the direction in which the probe is inserted into the hole, the tip is located at the center of the hole.
