In a surgical navigation device accuracy evaluation system and a surgical navigation device accuracy evaluation method using the same, the accuracy evaluation system includes a phantom unit, a selection unit, a coordinate acquisition unit, and an accuracy evaluation unit. The phantom part includes an external part simulating a surgical site, and an accuracy measuring part located inside the external part. The matching method selector selects a matching method for accuracy evaluation. The coordinate acquisition unit acquires the coordinates of the external part and the accuracy measurement part according to the selected matching method. The accuracy evaluation unit evaluates the accuracy of the surgical navigation device based on the obtained coordinates.
