The system includes elongated support rails, power supply, controller and film processing module. Power and controller are in electrical communication with the support rail. The film processing module is movably engaged with the support rail. The film processing module includes a base and top multi-function assembly. The upper multi-function assembly includes a clamping plate and a cutting mechanism. The cutting mechanism is in electrical communication with the power source and the controller to cut and seal the film.
