The present invention relates to a method for recovering high-quality tungsten and vanadium using a waste denitrification catalyst, comprising the steps of: (Step A) crushing/crushing the SCR waste denitration catalyst; (Step B) melting the crushed/milled SCR waste denitration catalyst with soda; (Step C) desiliconizing from the soda melt leachate; (Step D) Precipitating, selective leaching, and calcining vanadium and tungsten from the desiccated molten leachate; (Step E) decomposing the solid phase obtained by calcining; And (Step F) dissolving the decomposed solid phase and crystallizing the dissolved tungsten solution; including, after Step E, (Step E1) adding NaOH to the solution containing vanadium obtained after the decomposition. To precipitate vanadium; And (Step E2) washing the precipitated vanadium by adding HCl; it provides a method for recovering high-quality tungsten and vanadium using a waste denitration catalyst. According to the present invention, the leaching rate of tungsten and vanadium can be maintained at 99% or more while reducing the amount of soda (Na 2 CO 3 ) used in the alkali melting process.
