The cosmetic composition according to the present invention is a cosmetic composition containing vitamin C stabilized with moringa seed foil, by removing oil through a supercritical extraction method and collecting unstable vitamin C (Vitamin-C) in an aqueous solution in the remaining porous seed foil. It is characterized by containing stabilized vitamin C as an active ingredient. The moringa seed foil particle size includes those having a particle size of 400 μm or less.
