By setting the DLO top point as the rear edge of the headliner, the rear header point is pushed back from the existing position at the center of the UR intersection defined by the line that divides this DLO top point and the upper roof. Therefore, the degree of head injury can be reduced by lowering the HIC value applied to the head by securing a space for the chin to rotate when the rear seat occupant hits the headliner. In particular, if the distance between the uppermost end of DLO and the rear header point is 112mm or more, the point that is 112mm from the uppermost end of DLO is set as the rear header point, or the angle between the XY plane and the rear header point passing through the uppermost end of DLO is 0.5-10. By setting the height difference in the range of ° or in the Z-axis direction from the XY plane to 1 to 10 mm, the degree of head injury can be reduced by securing a space for the jaw to rotate.
