LAMP Primers for LAMP based detection of Reticuloendotheliosis virus in poultry and its use

The present application discloses a primer set capable of detecting viruses that cause various diseases by suppressing immunity in poultry by an isothermal amplification method, and a method for detecting the virus using the same. The primer according to the present application can be widely used in the field of veterinary medicine, food industry, environment and human body as it can quickly check whether the pathogen is infected or contaminated at the source of infection or contamination, as well as high sensitivity and specificity, and terminate the reaction if necessary. Convenience is increased as it can be detected immediately without any separate treatment such as post electrophoresis.
