A device is proposed for controlling the runout of the end face of a body of revolution, intended for use in mechanical engineering and instrument making in mass production. It includes two probes brought into contact with a controlled body of rotation mounted on a prism. The first probe is rigidly fixed to the device body mounted on two flat springs on the base of the device, the second probe is resiliently fixed using two more flat springs to the device body. Suspensions of the body of the second probe form two spring parallelograms, providing the possibility of parallel movement of the probes relative to each other. In combination with a sensor installed in the device’s case, the latter allows you to control the mechanical runout, with high accuracy. Ensuring high precision control is the technical result of the proposal. 1 ill.
