FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to immunology and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and aims at detecting extracellular DNA in whole peripheral blood. Fixed smear is stained with azur-eosin Romanovsky diluted 1:9, maintained for 10–20 minutes, washed with phosphate buffer, dried in air. Leukocytes and extracellular DNA networks are detected.
