Method includes arrangement of potatoes by precursor, disking, autumn plowing of soil, spring cultivation to depth of 20–22 cm, preparation of seed material two weeks prior to planting by air heating, planting tubers in rows with simultaneous treatment and bottom of furrow with 5 % solution of Phytosporin-M at rate of consumption of 10 liters per 1 ton of planting material by spraying sprayer sprayer potatoes. Ridges are cut 7 days after potato tubers planting with ridge-type cutter with active working members, forming crest 25–30 cm high and 17–18 cm wide at top, row-to-row processing of ridging milling cutter with passive working elements when weeds are in "white thread" stage with gradual build-up of ridges. First row-by-row treatment is performed after emergence of potatoes, and the second one - 12 days after the first inter-row treatment. Protection of potato plants against pests is carried out with single 0.01 % solution of Phytoverma-M at rate of 500 liters per 1 hectare planting by spraying tops during vegetation period in dry windless weather. Prefabrication of tops removal is carried out mechanically and potatoes are harvested. At that, seed material preparation is completed when 90 % of potato tuber sprouts are equal to 10 mm, planting is carried out at depth of 6–8 cm with density of planting 47.6 thousand tubers per hectare and distance between rows of potatoes of 75 cm. During vegetation period foliar fertilizing of potato plants is performed twice: at height of potato plants 20–25 cm and in phase of complete budding by spraying tops in dry windless weather.;EFFECT: method allows to produce a high crop of environmentally safe food potatoes with blue-and-white and purple pulp in the Non-chernozem zone of the Russian Federation.;8 cl, 3 tbl, 4 ex
