FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of X-ray equipment and can be used in x-ray apparatus for industrial flaw detection and research purposes. High-energy metal-ceramic X-ray tube includes housing made of cermet and consists of two detachable parts connected along flanges of anode and cathode assemblies by vacuum-tight welding seam, anode assembly with a target, a cathode assembly with an exhaust tube, a focusing electrode and an additional identical emitter, the exhaust tube is made of ductile metal with possibility of its clamping, wherein the exhaust tube length is selected on the basis of the condition: L=n⋅A, where n=1–3 is number of vestibules of exhaust tube; A is the length of the separated part of the exhaust tube before the squeezing, and the height of the flanges: H=n⋅B, where n=1–3 is number of disconnections of housing parts; B is process allowance of flanges for mechanical treatment at disconnection of housing parts.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of repairability, technical resource, simplification of design.;1 cl, 4 dwg
