URBAN DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION IN CONDITIONS OF EXTREME NORTH, ARCTIC AND RECREATIONAL ZONES AND METHOD OF ITS ERECTION

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of urban development taking into account possible underflooding and thawing of frozen soils in conditions of Extreme North, Arctic regions and recreational zones. Device of urban development in conditions of Extreme North, Arctic and recreational zones includes buildings and structures located on controlled territory, on which there is a single power unit. Buildings and structures are multisectional, having a round, ellipsoidal shape or shape of polygons with an angle of ≥160°, and connected to each other with possibility of movement from one building and structure to another, buildings and structures are located on multilayer bases made of composite nanomaterial having shape memory, from horizontally located longitudinal and transverse multi-envelope elements connected by flexible connection to each other, with possibility to change height of multilayer base or its retention in design form. Multilayer bases are installed on piles-shells arranged in wells, along length of piles-shells there are one or more damping devices and two and more camouflage heel with holes in them, filled with concrete with metal cord crumbs or other similar material. One of the camouflage patches is located behind the active layer of soil or in it, the following ones – in frozen layers of soil. In lower part of multilayer base there located are drain-shells from composite nanomaterial, made with possibility of removal of surface and drain water into technical settlers containing purification cartridges. On the contour of the monitored territory, in buildings, structures and multilayer bases there installed are systems of sensors, as well as on buildings and structures there are solar panels, and single power unit includes wind, hydro-power and temperature-difference devices, providing power supply of the whole complex.;EFFECT: technical result consists in providing solutions to problems associated with urban development in conditions of the Far North, Arctic regions and recreational zones, while ensuring reliability, unobstructed movement from one building and structure to other buildings and structures, having stability, safety, including environmental.;6 cl, 3 dwg
