SURGICAL TREATMENT METHOD OF DACRYOCYSTITIS

Lachrymal sac is reconstructed by forming a mucoperiosteal flap at the level of the frontal jaw of the maxillary bone with a base at the level of attachment of the inferior nasal concha. Flap is tilted downwards and the bone wall of the lachrymal cavity is exposed. Window is formed, a vertical incision of the medial wall of the lachrymal sac is performed; the flap is returned. Before cutting through the lachrymal sac, the anterior bone wall of the anterior cell of the labyrinthus ethmoidalis is opened. It is dissected by the mucous membrane and separated from the lateral side, wherein the incision of the lachrymal sac is performed with an anterior displacement with the formation of a greater posterior and a smaller front flap. That is followed by a horizontal section at a greater area of the medial wall of the lachrymal sac at the level of the bottom of the lachrymal sac and at the level of the lachrymal sac transition into the nasolacrimal duct with formation of a greater posterior and smaller anterior flaps. Then, a larger posterior flap is placed under a separated mucosa of a labyrinthus ethmoidalis, and a smaller anterior flap of the lachrymal sac wall is brought forward, covering the bone tissue of the anterior wall of the lachrymal fissure edge.;EFFECT: method enables reducing the risk of cicatrisation, forming a stable functioning stoma, providing high clinical effectiveness of the given pathology, restoring patients' quality of life, reducing a risk of postoperative complications, recurrent disease.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
