FIELD: ventilation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning, in particular, using a water supply system and is intended to create comfortable conditions in domestic premises. Technical problem solved by this invention is expansion of existing tools range and design of air conditioner with water cooling or heating of condenser heat exchanger, which further reduces power consumption, as well as use of condensate water. Technical result is achieved by using an air conditioner with water cooling of condenser heat exchanger, which contains evaporator, a compressor, a capacitor, a container having first and second chambers, which are communicating vessels, wherein the condenser heat exchanger inlet is located in the lower part of the first container chamber, and the heat exchanger outlet is located in the upper part of the first chamber of the container, at that, the second chamber of the tank is connected to the drain pipeline, in the upper part of the reservoir there is a pipeline for supply of the collected condensate water to the first chamber, pipeline for supply of tap water into first chamber of chamber and electromagnetic valve of pipeline opening for supply of tap water, connected to temperature sensor located in lower part of reservoir.;EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher efficiency of water cooling or heating of condenser heat exchanger due to design features.;1 cl, 3 dwg
