FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction and can be used for construction of structural layers of road surfacing. Composition for device of structural layers of road surfacing contains components in following ratio, wt. %: sand from crushing screenings of 0–5 mm fraction - 77–81; mineral portland cement with mineral additives (strength class - 32.5, fast-setting additive) - 10–6; water - 13. Over 100 % contains polymer composite, wt. %, - 0.3–0.5, which is a colloidal solution of a high-molecular weight surfactant (a product of polyaldol condensation of acetaldehyde) with additives of potassium and sodium salts of metasilicic acid.;EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of compressive strength and ultimate tensile strength in bending.;1 cl, 1 tbl
