MOVABLE TECHNOLOGICAL COMPLEX FOR ELIMINATION OF ACCIDENTS AT GROUND COLLAPSIBLE OIL PRODUCT PIPELINE WITH FLUSH JOINT

FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile repair shops intended for diagnostics and repair of ground metal main pipe-and-collar pipeline with flush joint, and can be used in repair structures at emergency situations, mainly on ground pipelines. Mobile process complex is arranged on elongated basic chassis KamAZ-63501, having manipulator crane 3 and cargo platform 4, on which there is operator compartment 9 for service personnel and storage unit - transportation of pipeline equipment: pipeline modules 12 with length of 6 m and rigid containers 25. Operator's compartment 9 is equipped with deck-chair 31 for rest, work table 32 for performance of metalwork. All compartments are closed by roof 5, length to entire cargo platform 4 and made in the form of flexible corrugated canopy. Pipeline modules 12 are arranged on metal vertical posts 13 with movable rollers 19 and lodgements 20, retainer 21 and fixed during transportation. All equipment unloads loader crane 3, or in case of its failure loading-unloading is performed by service personnel by means of floor guides 24, through which rigid containers 25 are moved until the box is lowered to the ground.;EFFECT: technical result of invention is increase of efficiency due to efficiency of delivery of the most necessary equipment, both at minor repair, and at complete replacement of pipeline section, with simultaneous improvement of conditions of service personnel during long-term repair.;1 cl, 6 dwg
