FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy, biotechnological, medical, pharmaceutical and food industry. Disclosed is a method for producing a bacterially pure hypoallergenic product based on immunoglobulins enriched with lactoferrin, consisting in using colostrum of first 24 hours of lactation, which is diluted with water to milk density, after which produced mixture at temperature of up to 30 °C is subjected to degreasing on separator, further casein fraction is precipitated by means of rennet, after which the obtained serum is supplied for bactofusion with subsequent membrane filtration at temperatures below the denaturation temperature of lactoferrin and immunoglobulins with parallel elimination of pathogenic flora: first through membrane 800 nm, then through membrane of 20 nm, as a result of lactoferrin and immunoglobulins remain in retentate between two membranes, drying retentate or bottling.;EFFECT: invention provides a hypoallergenic product for preventive dietary nutrition, which contains in native form of lactoferrin and immunoglobulins and has antiviral, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, antistress, antimicrobial and general tonic action.;1 cl, 6 dwg
