Second prick-in is performed on the side of the submucosal layer of the second intestinal wall with the needle passing through the muscular layer and prick out through the serous membrane. Third prick-in is carried out on the first wall on the side of the serous cover with prick out in the muscular layer; the fourth prick-in is performed from the side of the muscular layer of the second wall with a prick out through the serous membrane. Fibers ends are connected to each other by repeating similar sutures along anastomosis.;EFFECT: method provides adequate comparison of layers of the intestinal wall, reduces number of inconsistencies of interintestinal anastomoses and improves quality of treatment.;1 cl, 1 dwg
