Disclosed is a genetic construct coding human protein YB-1 precursor, comprising a sequence of dextran-binding domain GBD-7 glucansucrase strain NRRL B512-F, a sequence of a temperature-sensitive version of IntMUT intein PRP8 P. chrysogenum and a sequence of mature human YB-1 protein. Said genetic construct has sequence SEQ ID N1. Disclosed is an Escherichia coli strain ECR-proYB-1 producing a human protein YB-1 precursor and obtained by introducing said genetic construct into cells of the Escherichia coli recipient strain VKPM V-10189.
