FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Trocars with working tools are installed into abdominal cavity. Spleen is mobilized to cross its vascular pedicle using a suturing, ultrasonic or electrocoagulating instrument. Metal electrically driven pump is introduced into the endoscopic bag. Two centimeters below its edge are perforated by spleen and blood spilled into the bag is removed by means of electrically driven pump. Half-reduced spleen is removed from the bag by fragmentation with a finger and haemorrhoid forceps. Empty bag is removed. Apertures from trocars are closed with their subsequent treatment with an antiseptic.;EFFECT: method allows reducing time of surgical intervention, preventing abdominal cavity contamination with risk of splenic implantation and relapse of autoimmune haemolytic anemia.;1 cl, 1 ex
